TERMS OF SALE:

Shipping:

Buyer pays all shipping and handling fees.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

To save on shipping,  items may also be picked up by prior arrangement at our Acton Ma warehouse Monday to Friday from 7am to 3:30pm.

Advance notice of pickup time is required.

We can not ship via UPS to a PO Box.

Warranty and Condition:

Unless otherwise stated, all items are sold as-is,  and as shown.

Photos are considered part of our description.

We try to be as accurate as possible in our descriptions, but with a variety of items that we sell, it would be impossible for us to know everything about these items.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to do their research and look closely at all photos, to know exactly what it is that that they are buying.

AS-IS Items - These are items that we have not tested.  We may not have the knowledge or testing capability to properly evaluate the item.  As-is items are sold without any warranty or refund available.

14 Day No-DOA Warranty - Items sold with a 14 Day No-DOA warranty may be returned. Buyer must contact us within 14 days from the receipt of the item.  Buyer must then provide us with a tracking number for the return shipping of the item, within 7 days. Upon receipt of the item we will replace, repair or refund as we see fit. All shipping charges both ways are the responsibility of the buyer.

We accept Paypal!

All items must be paid with 7 days of winning bid.

After this point any unpaid item reminders will be filed with Ebay.

Unless prior arrangements are made, all pickup and freight items must be paid and out of our warehouse within 10 days.

For freight items left over 10 days, a $10 per day storage fee will apply.
