A BAG OF MARBLES by Joseph Joffo, 1974 Book is used, in very good condition, withdrawn from library with usual pocket and stampings, no other markings, underlining, or highlighting.  Drawn from the authors childhood recollections to tell of his story during the Occupation.  Paris, 1941, for ten-year old Joffo and his twelve year old brother Maurice, life consists of going to school, playing marbles, exploring their Porte Clignancourt neighborhood, enjoying the bustle of Papa's barber shop:  Life as a Jew.  292 pages, measures 6 1/4" X 9".
