Tag size S - but check measurements carefully, 'cause it's tiny

Material: 100%  viscose, but looks and feels like silk.  I would have bet $100 it was silk!

Description: Funky and eclectic, this bohemian treasure features  layers and layers of shirring at the top part of the skirt (which is the only part that is lined) - and then very sheer and full at the bottom.  Very snug fitting through hips and thighs, but extreme flare below the knees.   Add boots and a solid sweater for a fabulous Fall outfit.  Button and zipper in the back.

Measurements laid flat unstretched: Unstretched waist 12.5", length 37.5", hips approximately 17", but hard to measure.

Condition: MINT!

Inseam: measured from the crotch to the bottom hem of the leg

Rise: measured from the crotch to the top of the front waistband

Waist: measured across the top of the actual waistband lying flat

Leg opening: measured across the bottom leg opening hem lying flat

Hips: measured across hips at the base of the zipper/fly

SHIRTS, JACKETS, DRESSES:

Chest: measured from armpit to armpit lying flat

Length: measured from midshoulder to hem

TO ENSURE A PROPER FIT, I suggest you measure a favorite similar piece of clothing and compare the measurements. If the measurements are similar, you know that the garments will fit nearly the same.
