For all damaged items, we require a picture showing the damage to the item.
In the event of damage we must be notified within THREE (3) days upon receipt of the item. UPS insures all small package shipments for $100.00 automatically.
USPS you must purchase, at an additional fee, insurance to be covered on damaged items.

Refused/Misdirected/Unclaimed Packages:
Packages that are refused by the customer and returned to us will incur a 20% restock fee.
Packages that are returned due to incorrect address given to us by the customer will incur a 20% restock fee.

No refund on S&H and Return shipping paid by buyer. Must arrive in 7 days from the day you received it - see delivery confirmation date. Must be in exact condition as delivered.
