This is a great hard cover book, by Dr. Phil McGraw, published 2005. In LOVE SMART, television's sometimes intimidating but sincerely empathetic therapist provides generous doses of his "Get Real" approach to the topic of relationships. For those looking just "to find someone," he advises they retool and seek, instead, a healthy relationship--and all follows from that dictum. Stop making excuses, he says, and show yourself in the best light. Negotiate "the relationship YOU desire." For those already in a relationship that is going down a wrong path, he provides advice for getting out of the rut and back on track; and he includes a wealth of essential information about the male mind and how it works--to help us through the Mars & Venus world we live in. Dr. Phil's uncompromising, take action approach reflects the importance he places on our need to relate to others in healthy and committed ways.
The book is in good condition.  Payment MUST be received within 10 days of the close of the auction, unless prior arrangements have been made. I have many books listed, and I am always happy to combine shipping on multiple wins. If you use Buy-it-Now, and pay immediately, I will refund back to you, half of the shipping charge, on each item, after the first one. Buyer to pay $4.00 Media Mail shipping, which includes delivery confirmation. Media Mail is sometimes slow, but dependable, and the least expensive option. I use all new packaging, tape, and bubble wrap, to be sure your package arrives safely. I try to ship within 24 hours of receiving payment, unless it is a weekend or holiday, then I ship as soon as the post office is open. When I print your shipping label, from Paypal, Paypal will email you the tracking number. Keep it. It really does not track well on media mail, but it will show your package has been shipped, and when it has been delivered. Please be sure your shipping info is current. I ship to the address provided at Paypal, and I have no way of knowing if it is not correct. Once the package is scanned in at the post office, I no longer have any control over it, or know where it is, so be patient, it will arrive. All sales are final, unless I misrepresent the item.
