All of my books were submitted raw to CGC.  I don't take CGC books to shows, so these have not been handled - all the CGC cases are in excellent shape, just as they came back from CGC.  We can generally combine shipping on CGC books up to 3 books in one box -- Please Note: THIS DOES NOT MEAN THAT THE SHIP COST FOR 1 BOOK IS THE SAME AS FOR 2 OR 3 BOOKS!  Recently a misinformed customer insisted that "comibined shipping" means it doesn't cost any more to send multiple items than to send a single item.  This is incorrect. If you win multiple items, I will combine them in 1 box (up to 3 cgc books), and then charge you shipping based on the combined weight and value.  This seems to me to be the obvious implication of the term, but apparently not.  Thanks.
