from England, this listing is for a fabulous antique English oak drop leaf, “swivel” top tea table.
The table
features traditional turned legs, slightly
splayed with box stretchers for stability…..pretty scalloped aprons and a
beveled edge, ROUND
top.
It has a lovely DARK oak finish with a nice,
warm, aged patina.
When not
in use, the table sits with both “leaves” at its side; to extend them for use,
“swivel” the top by raising the leaves and turning the tabletop halfway around
(90 degrees) ---the larger top will rest flat and be completely supported by
the table frame!!This table has
outstanding eye appeal, with excellent patina and is truly a collector’s
delight!!

when used for placement of a tea service during morning or afternoon tea.I have found them to be in great demand in
