8. Returns are at MY discretion. No returns unless notification is dated within 5 days from the shippers date of your receipt of the item under any circumstance. The S & H fee is not refundable under any circumstances.
9. The Shipping address must be a Paypal Confirmed address and must eligible for the Seller Protection Policy. Buyers who supply a different address hereby waive their right to file a claim with Paypal due to non-delivery provided I have proof of shipment, with tracking, for your item. You are responsible for the address you give… not me.
