The house was recently lived in by a tenant that left it in clean condition. I don't have time to manage tenants any longer. I'm simply too busy and I need someone (the high bidder) to take over this investment. I don't want to pay a huge commission to a real estate agent but I want out. I've rented this home out for $650 to $750 in the recent past. This house is worth about $98,000. according to this link on zillow.com. You can also see the average estimated values of other homes in the area. With minimal cosmetic attention you could easily sell this property for $70-$75,000 or possibly higher, but I don't have the time or desire to pay attention to this house any longer. I'm getting rid of my rentals. I'm giving this house away for $69,000 and that's definitely a true steal for this up and coming neighborhood near downtown (historic "Fountain Square" area).
You can easily rent this house out if you'd like as well and make money on it while you are buying it from us! The Section 8 program in Indianapolis will pay you $750 or more for this house every month on time like clockwork. Fixed up section 8 houses go fast in Indy.
