ARLO GUTHRIE Running Down The Road LP Van Dyke Parks

Up for auction is a copy of Arlo Guthrie’s Running Down The Road, released in 1969 on Warner Reprise, cat no RS6346. This is an original German pressing with steamboat labels. Produced by Lenny Waronker & Van Dyke Parks, and featuring plenty of the late-60s Warners regulars & legendary session men (Ry Cooder, Jerry Scheff, Clarence White, James Burton), it’s a great & sadly overlooked LP.

Condition: vinyl is gorgeous. Cover has some lamination creases, some taped (but neatly taped!) seams, & a little tipp-ex on the rear in the top right hand corner, which should be removable. Overall EX/VG (vinyl/cover).

My grades: I use a 10-point scale: M-; EX; VG+; VG; VG-; G+; G; G-; F (fair); P (poor). I never use mint as a grade for used records. I am a long-time (25+ years!) record collector, and play-grade where possible. My feedback from buyers indicates I normally undergrade in listings.
