New with tags, beautiful long black velvet skirt by Susan Bristol. Flat waistband with elastic inserts at sides for fit and comfort. Zip and button closure at center back. There is a burn-out portion above the hem -- very elegant looking. 15.5 walking vent back bottom center. Fully lined. Beautiful brand new Susan Bristol skirt -- perfect for party or evening out wear!
