1.  Yes I can Ship to army people with Xtra charge of $2 dlls please Add it to the shipping cost.
2. The extra charge is the handle fee. You HAVE to ADD it to the shipping cost to ship it. The handle fee is part of the shipping cost. So please add it.
3. I ship international with Xtra Charge it depends please ask before BID IT
4. I ship Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
