I am offering for auction an opportunity to purchase a Brilliant piece of very early glass that does not need much description. This work of art honestly speaks for itself. It was hand blown, wheel cut and hand polished. The pattern is unbelievable. YOU ARE BIDDING ON A CUT GLASS WINE COOLER / ICE BUCKET. The larger ice buckets were used as wine coolers. It measures 6 1/2" wide. The depth of it is 4 1/2" without the handles and 5 3/4" tall to the top of the handles. The majority of the cuts have been double mitered. The blank is crystal clear. The color is exceptionally brilliant. Any white color you see in the photos is a reflections. This work of art is in excellent condition. The only very minor flaw is a chip I found is on the edge of a handle. I circled the section in a photo. Dates very early from the 1890's.

 

It weighs an amazing 4 pounds.
