2009 D James K. Polk Uncirculated Presidential Dollar with Upside Down (Type A) Edge Lettering

The James K. Polk dollar is the 11th coin in the Presidential dollar series.  You will receive one uncirculated Polk presidential dollar from the Denver Mint with upside down (Type A) edge lettering, mounted in a  2x2 cardboard Mylar holder. 

They've made a bit of a change to the Presidential dollars this year.  "In God We Trust" had been moved to the obverse of the coin, while the year, mint mark  and "E Pluribus Unum" remains on the edge. 

As with all of my coins, these brilliant uncirculated dollars are glove handled with care.    I inspect each coin, but please remember that these are uncirculated business strike dollars and will have some blemishes. 

Just a quick note about quality...The Denver dollars have been steadily going down in quality since mid 2008.  The Polk Denver dollars have more marks on them than any of the previous presidents.   I've tried to picked out the so-called "best" of the bunch, but I still have to apologize for the quality. 

Your coin will be securely wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped in a bubble mailer.  Additional dollars ship in the US at 25¢ per coin.
