This Star Wars Action Figure is brand new still in box.  The figure is Near Mint On Card.  There are no indentations or scratches on the plastic.  The card has a minor crease on the back of the card, a line going through the back of the card (not a deep line) and is  slightly warped from storage.  The figure is still unopened and in excellent condition!
