Never used, new. Tried on, but our daughter refused to sti in it. For some reason she prefered another one, babytrend (which, in fact is much less comfortable for me), so we have been using that. By the time we realized it it was too late to return this one, alas.  Bought online, so no store tags, but all the paperwork complete.  It is, in fact, very soft-padded and comfortable for the wearer.
