Convertible System:
You can mount the tweeter in the speaker or flush or surface mount for convenience and the best in sound staging.

Legendary Type X Series:
The type X component speakers are famous because they have always been the best high end speakers on the market!  They are known to handle lots of power and have great sound clarity.  Alpine made the new 2008 models even better!  These now have amazing added features!

Powerful enough for an amp:
With 180 watts peak and 60 watts RMS each speaker, these are some of the most powerful speakers on the market.  You can add an amplifier without worrying about blowing the speakers.  From our testing, these can handle a little more power than they are rated at!

Universal for most cars:
Included are 5x7 and 6x8 speaker adaptors.  Most cars use 5.25" or 5x7" or 6x8" speakers, so these are likely to fit your car.  E-mail us for compatibility questions.

Adjustable Frequencies:
You can adjust the crossover frequency to filter out unwanted noises, and make the speakers sound great with any music type, and any stereo set-up!

High mid-bass excursion for more bass:
These provide so much bass it sounds like a stock car subwoofer!  The high excursion also allows for deep bass hits, and an amazing frequency response.

Tunable Phase Correction:
