• COMBINED SHIPPING: To save you money, shipping & handling fees for combined purchases will be discounted whenever we can combine the packaging. The shipping fees for each item and the ability to combine items is listed in each ad. Once you have completed your checkout, you will not be able to combine additional items for shipping discounts. Some heavier or large items must ship separately and their shipping fee cannot be combined. If you are purchasing multiple, heavier items, please contact us and we will do our very best to find the most economical/fair shipping price.
• USA LOWER 48: We ship via the best combination of speed/economy for this item and/or your combined purchases. For the continental USA we normally ship items less than 2 pounds via the Postal system and over 2-3 lbs via either FedEx or UPS.
• HAWAII, ALASKA and other USA not in Lower 48:  We ship via the best combination of speed/economy for this item and/or your combined purchases. We normally ship items less than 2 pounds via the First Class or Priority Mail and over 2-3 lbs via Parcel Post. For an additional fee we will ship heavier items via Priority Mail or FedEx. Always check with us if the rate looks out of line!
• EXPEDITED SHIPPING: We do offer expedited shipping so if you need an item by a certain date, please contact us to work out the details and the cost.
• INSURANCE: Although insurance is optional, we strongly recommend that you do insure your delivery. We will replace or refund ALL INSURED packages that are lost or damaged!

We love to service our international customers and regularly ship to Canada, Europe, Asia and Australia and work very hard to get your package to you at a reasonable cost and in a reasonable time. We have divided the world into shipping regions and have listed the shipping cost, by region, so you can make an informed purchase decision. We will ship to almost any country and if your country is not listed simply contact us.

• SHIPPING METHOD:  Normally orders up to 4 pounds will be shipped via First Class Mail. This is the most economical method and customers do not seem to mind trading the lower shipping cost for a few extra days. Orders over 4 pounds or orders that exceed the size restrictions for First Class Mail are normally shipped FedEx International Economy. This method is more reliable, is trackable and is delivered more quickly then the Postal system. Brokerage fees are already included in the stated shipping costs, but you are responsible for the duty and taxes.

• We gladly accept payment via PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express. All payments are SECURE!
• We encourage payment within 7 days of purchase.  If you are not paying within this time, please let us know.
• After you have won an auction or used the BUY NOW option, we will email an invoice to you. You will use this invoice to check-out and make your payment. It is secure and safe. Therefore it is very important that your email address is current and correct. Also, please do not go directly to PayPal to pay as we will not know that you have paid.
• If you are bidding or purchasing more than one item, please wait until the auction has finished or until you have finished ordering all your items before you pay and check-out. After each auction won or additional item ordered, a new invoice will be sent. Always use the most recent invoice emailed to you which has all your items listed and combined into one order. Combined shipping discounts will be applied for multiple purchases where applicable.
• Once you have completed the checkout, we unfortunately cannot combine any additional items onto those checked-out/paid items.  Additional items will start a new invoice.

• New items are returnable unless noted above in the description.
• Please notify us if you want to return an item or exchange an item within 14 days of receiving it. We will arrange the return with you.
• Unless noted otherwise, we will gladly refund the purchase price of items that are returned in like new condition with all packaging. Products that we offer with free USA shipping, means shipping has been included in the price to provide you with the total cost of the order. If you return your purchase then the actual shipping cost incurred to ship the item to you will be deducted from your refund; i.e., you will be refunded the price of the item less the cost incurred to ship the item to you. If you are not in the USA, then your shipping cost was reduced to account for the free shipping and you will still be responsible for the difference.
• You are responsible for the return shipping fees. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable unless an item is defective or is -not as described- and is being replaced with the same item.
• For international returns, it is important to declare your package as a "Product for Return" on the Customs Declaration Form, and also $1 as the commercial value.
• We reserve the right to refuse any returns for our reasons.
• We will not be liable to our customers for any damages beyond the amount of money that you have actually paid us.
