The Overstreet Comic Book Price Guide defines a good grading as an average used copy complete with only minor pieces missing from the spine which may be partially split; slightly soiled or marked with spine rolling; color flaking and wear around edges but perfectly sound and legible; could have minor tape repairs but otherwise complete.
