v      Size**

Children of the same age grow at different rates of height and weight. The age group is a guide only; please measure your child and check the measurements for each listing prior to buying,  allowing room for movement and growth. If in doubt buy the next available size up. The measurements given for each listing are based on the garment laying flat.

v      Description

All dresses are brand new and from a smoke and animal free home.

Photographic colours may vary due to lighting conditions and the type of monitor used for viewing.

v      Payment is by Paypal only.

Please make payment via Paypal within 3 days of the auction closing; items are shipped within 1 working week following payment.

Please don’t bid or buy if you don’t intend to pay.

Winning bidders who fail to pay will be reported to e-bay and given negative feedback.

v      Packaging.

Dresses are in a plastic bag and are shipped folded in paper or cardboard packaging as appropriate.

v      Delivery.

All Hong Kong items are sent by registered Air Mail.

Multiple purchases. 

1^st item full post, packaging and handling cost.

For each additional item there will be a £1 deduction from the P&P/H costs.

Sellers are not responsible for delivery time. Delivery times are provided by the carrier, excluding weekends and bank holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods.

Postage costs include packaging and handling.

All items are carefully packed but no responsibility can be taken for damage in transit.

If ordering for a special occasion, please note in some cases delivery can take approximately 21 days for registered items. 

v      Policy.

All sales are final.

Goods are fully inspected prior to dispatch and are non-returnable, unless there is a proven fault, which must be notified within 48 hours of receiving your item.

Postage and handling costs are non refundable.

Goods will only be exchange for a like for like item.

Goods must be returned with 7 days of reporting the fault.

Buyers are responsible for all return costs.

Returns must be in original un-used condition with all tags attached.
