7 days after the buyer receives it | All items must be inspected within 3 calendar days of receipt of the merchandise. If merchandise arrives damaged please email us, and one of our representatives will advise you on our damage procedures. Upon receipt of merchandise in perfect condition, we will issue you a credit MINUS original shipping costs AND 15% re-stocking fee. Please note that you are responsible for returning all merchandise in perfect condition. If the unwanted item is returned damaged, it is your responsibility to file a claim with your carrier. Returns will only be accepted in its original box and packaging. We will NOT, without exception, accept any returns, damages or exchanges after 5 days of receipt of merchandise.
