International orders Insurance
We have listed the price for First Class International Airmail within the listing. First Class is the least expensive shipping method, but it is also the slowest. Return policy Customs

We regret that due to hygiene concerns we are unable to offer returns for this product for any reason other than manufacturer's fault or unless product is grossly misrepresented. The returned product must be FACTORY-SEALED and you will need to contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Before we ship the new product or issue refund we must received the product in question.

Due to state law and hygienic reasons, returns cannot be accepted.If the color does not match your hair you can exchanged for different one if you did not open the box,and the product is brand new.In that case you will be charged $15 restocking fee.The product will be ship after we receive the exchanged one.
