In order to qualify for a return, notification must be received by RazorDog! within 72 hours of the item being received. b) The item you received was not what you ordered. (For example: You order a train set, you receive a cement truck. No, this is not likely to happen. RazorDog! knows the difference between a train set and a cement truck.) *If either of the above occurs, kindly contact us for a refund or replacement of your product. We may ask you to send pictures or return the actual item in order to receive the refund. If none of the above applies and you buy something you don’t end up liking, or if you have that peculiar shopping malaise known as “buyer’s remorse” we suggest selling it on Craig’s List, eBay or your local neighborhood newsletter. Item stops working after you’ve used it a while? Before you assume it’s broken, please read the instruction manual, or contact the manufacturer for advice. More often than not you’ll discover it was a button you didn’t push or a tab inserted in the wrong slot. If the item still isn’t working, contact the manufacturer to file a warranty claim.
