Covers are still bright and have mild edgewear. Inside pages have light age tanning, binding tight,I see no markings. One of the nicest copies of this book I have seen.

Eames/Eichler/Neutra inspired architectural details include window walls, clerestory windows, car ports, sliding glass doors, boxy and long and low styles a la Cliff May, roof gardens ,flat and slanted roofs, terraces and decks, pedestal houses,stilt houses, a cantilevered house that reminds me of the famous Chemosphere by John Lautner,bathroom gardens, and more.
Some very green and forward thinking ideas that are regaining popularity today include sod roofs, roof ponds, skylights, climate control via overhangs and light control.
Lots of interior photos and sketches with Mid Century furnishings like butterfly chairs, Danish Modern, slab coffee tables, platform sofas , Bertoia web chairs, Eames recliners and Eiffel Tower wire chairs, Nelson bubble lamps, free standing fireplaces and bamboo and rattan furniture. You could just imagine Charles and Ray Eames in any of the photographs.
