Wonderful vintage Christmas card. Not sure of age, but it was in a scrapbook of cards dated in the 1940's.

Santa is going down the chimney on the front of the card. Open it and he has landed standing on the hearth. Fold-Out card. Signed on the inside. Made in the USA. Scrapbook residue and/or minimal tearing on the back.
