This is a great womens mother of pearl face Seiko Eco-Drive watch that is water resistant  . It is a great new watch I purchased at a Smart Buys store that was closing , the watch works beautifully and has a  low charge indicator . It is a classy looking gold tone stainless steel  watch with a beautiful gold tone stainless steel band with double clasp . It is the famous Seiko Eco-Drive watch that never needs batteries or to be  wound up as it charges by the sun and stores the energy . The watch includes the manual and getting started pamphlet booklet   . Shipping and handling is $4.50 .
