Return policy

Item must be returned within 7 days of receipt or 14 days of purchase which ever is sooner.
Faulty items will be replaced without question (including all postage costs) 
Items must be returned with all original packaging.
Items which are sealed when despatched MUST be still sealed when returned. Sealed items i.e. DVD's, CD's, Electronic Games and some Books, Coins and other items will not be refunded if the seal or cellophane has been removed. 
The buyer is responsible for ALL postage costs, postage is non refundable.
Items returned are subject to a 15% restocking fee (non negotiable) 
Items damaged in the return mail are the sole responsibility of the sender, recorded/insured delivery is highly recommended.
The buyer can request a replacement item for any purchase which is unsatisfactory (postage at buyers expense) A replacement item will be mailed out only after the original item has been returned intact.
