The Seller can sell very quickly in this market (the house has probably already been on the market for some time). 3. The Seller doesn't have to pay a commission. WOW! Are you excited yet? When you call the Sellers back, you'll tell them that you actually UNDERSTATED things a bit and that they will actually get MORE than full value and ask if they are still interested.
