Eisenberg Vintage Jewelry

Known for its use of Swarovski crystals and colored stones, as well as superior craftsmanship and attention to detail, Eisenberg & Sons was one of the most highly regarded costume jewelry manufacturers in the 1930's and '40s. The company was famous for its replicas of 18th-century fine jewelry, which appeared authentic right down to the pewter-colored metal. Eisenberg also produced stunning figurals, often set in sterling silver.

Eisenberg & Sons actually began as a women’s clothing company in 1914 when Jonas Eisenberg founded the firm. Jewelry was used to decorate the clothing to make it more appealing to customers. Unfortunately, the jewelry kept getting stolen because it was so attractive.

Today, collectors can recognize an authentic piece of vintage Eisenberg jewelry by its mark. The words "Eisenberg Original" were used from roughly 1935 to 1945, while just plain "Eisenberg" or "Eisenberg Ice" was used from about 1945 to 1950. To make matters more complicated, silver pieces made from 1943 to 1948 were called "Eisenberg Sterling" and some Eisenberg pieces created between 1952 and 1970 have no trademark stamp at all.

This stunning brooch/pin is adorned with 10 large brilliant Marquise Shaped Rhinestones, 5 large Brilliant Emerald Green Round & 5 large Brilliant Ruby Red! Each measuring a spectacular 10mm each, completely surrounded by brilliant clear, round Swarovski Austrian crystals & all of the rhinestones & crystals are prong set!  On the top of this beautiful tree is a prong set, round shaped Red rhinestone and all along the sides and bottom there are both red & green round shaped, prong set rhinestones!!! The trunk of the tree features brilliant rows of Swarovski Crystals and the base is made up of a row of emerald green rhinestones! It is truly the finest of craftsmanship and is simply “BREATH TAKING”!!! It is of course signed on the back Eisenberg Ice and has a straight pin with secure clasp! This lovely brooch/pin is done in a high polished gold tone finish! It measures a spectacular 2 1/2" Long by approximately 1 3/4" wide at it's widest point! It comes to you in MINT condition with NO SIGNS of wear at all! It truly looks like this lovely brooch/pin has never been worn! Truly a spectacular stored vintage Eisenberg Ice treasure!
