This comes as a compressed ZIP file on a data CD -- you will need a ZIP program to unpack it.  You can use WINZIP or any other ZIP program -- including many freebies such as EasyZip that you can find on the Net.  You will also need Adobe Acrobat Reader to open the coloring book files -- you can get this for free on the adobe.com website.
