Great ,Great, Bow, July 14, 2008
By the3cs from Cocoa, Florida

"I'm 44 years old and have bow hunted in the past but it has been awhile now since I've shot though. I've had back problems and had moved from N.Y. to Florida and just hadn't done much hunting since. I was really missing the hunt though. I had been looking to get back into it,but not knowing if my back would hold out and not having a lot to spend. The Pro at Bass Pro told me that for the money it was a great bow and boy he wasn't kidding. After he set it up for me in 3 shots I was dead on. This bow is quiet ,fast ,and within two days I have to shoot different targets so I don't keep breaking my arrows.I can't believe for the money what an amazing Bow . Thank you Bow Tech

Great starter bow!, March 31, 2008
By VirginiaWhitetail from Fancy Gap, VA

"I bought this bow because im only 5'5 and this bow fit me perfect. It has the advantage of having a much shorter draw length then any of the other bows i was looking at. The review that said grown men should buy a bow that fits them does not matter. This bow is at a great price and just as good if not better than higher priced one's. My brother even wants one now! I highly recommend this bow to kids, women and men. This bow will fit anyone no matter what."

great entry bow, March 26, 2008
By stickdeath from Arizona

"I bought this bow for my wife as a starter bow for her first archery javelina hunt. She was able to consitantly hit a 4 inch circle out to 35 yards in about a weeks worth of practice. Now she's hooked on archery and has just drawn a archery elk tag here in AZ! This bow is very forgiving and easy to learn with. It inspires confidence which is key for beginning archers. My hunting partner took one look at the bow and is ordering one for his wife. This bow does NOT look or shoot like a cheap beginers bow, it shoots better than the PSE Spider and the new Mathew's womens bow hands down. I would say that it's the best bow in this class by far."

Good little bow, February 6, 2008

"I bought this bow for my wife, she loves it. The bow shoots very good. This is a great bow for the price. GROWN men should not buy this bow for themselves.........buy a bow that fits you!"

all around great bow, January 28, 2008
By giganticbuckhunter from cordelle georgia

"this bow is one of the best bows ive ever shot for under 500$. i can very easly hit a bundle of arrows at 50yards. the only thing i would recommend you buy additional to this bow is a stabilizer, sights with at least 4 pins and a biscuit arrow rest. the biscuit arrow rest only if you tend to jerk youre arrow back like me. when u go to pull the string back the arrow will pop off the rest and you have to put the arrow back on in full draw! the bottom line this an excellent bow with or without the extra accessories. Happy hunting"

Note from Seller: Remember this guy is talking U.S dollars and is probably talking about the standard package. I have upgraded the arrow rest to a "TROPHY RIDGE DROP ZONE IN CAMO" and the standard sight to an adjustable SNIPER SIGHT not sure on brand check with me later. I have also had the bow SIGHTED IN Will also include four top notch carbon arrows a realtree hardwoods green padded bow case (will get photos asap) everything will be as NEW. (will work out later but well over $500 of accessories READY TO HUNT or TARGET SHOOTING brass nock and loop have been fitted professionally. bow tech cable rod dampener and Bowtech string silencers aslo included.

also has CSS TUNERZ one on each limb. also PARADOX wrist sling and a 4.5" camo SVL S-COIL STABILIZER

Bow & accessories are as New NO SCRATCHES.

Best Bow ever, December 29, 2007
By deerslayar from Michigan

"This is the best bow ever! I used to shoot a bear brave warrior (which I wrote about) but this is a big improvement! Highly recommended! However, it is light so I bought an S-coil stabilizer and a level. I bought the 08 model (the 07 is shown) which has the Diamond Hostage rest. I would say buy the Carbon Express Thunderstorm arrows and a 125 grain head. You'll be succesfull sighting it in for 20, 30, and 40 yards (I live in Michigan). You should buy a loop nock too. Thanks Bowtech/Diamond."

Small bow, BIG power!!!!, November 13, 2007
By DeadeyeDebbie from Southern California

"My husband bought me this bow about 2 weeks ago, I never thought I could shoot a bow let alone hit a target with one. Now I am having so much fun with it, I am going to get my hunting license so I can go out with by husband and son. The Edge is light weight and pretty fast. This little bow gave me confidence that I didn't even know I had.

Thanks bowtech for making such an awesome bow that can keep up with the big boys!!!!!!

Would highly recommend for anyone starting out (like me) in archery, whether they are young or old, male or female.

Great Little Bow, August 24, 2007
By Saweddoff

"As you can guess by my nickname, I am rather short, excuse me short statured, for the PC folks out there. The Edge is one of the few bows out there that are capable of accomodating people my size who also value speed and accuracy. I was also looking at another bow which boasts the same IBO speed, (not to mention boasts a price tag that is over double what The Edge costs), and I feel I have gotten the most bang for my buck (no pun intended) by choosing The Edge. It is a Great Little Bow, light weight, fast, accurate (it is...I'm not), and all for a price low enough I can still afford to buy arrows!

In conclusion, it is a great bow for the kids, grandkids....short people (er...short-statured) and yet function, speed, and durablility are comparable with full-sized bows.

Excellent Gift for any 1st Time Bow Hunter, August 16, 2007
By DJohnson

"I explained to my boyfriend (which is a pro at the sport) that I was really interested in learning archery. So he surprised me a few weeks back with this bow and I have to tell you that it was perfect. This bow has a 27" draw length and 40-50lb draw weight and boy is it fast and accurate. I had never shot a bow before, but on my first shot I hit dead center and the 5 arrows after that were also close to dead center. It grouped well. I would recommend this bow to anyone and I'm hopefully going to pass it down to my son someday. GREAT GIFT!! Now my boyfriend and I share a fun and exciting hobby together. May be one day we will be the next DREAM TEAM! You never know."

Unbelievable, July 25, 2007
By tmarshall

"I bought this bow because my girlfriend wanted to get into archery. After a ton of research and comparing other bows I settled on the Edge for her. I shoot a Matthews Switchback and would compare the performance of this little bow to that. It is as fast and silent as you could ever want out of a hunting bow. The accuracy was amazing and for a first time shooter I am sure having to replace a lot of nocks. It shoots so fast and level that at 38lbs. she is able to use a single pin out to 20 yards. Unless something truly innovative comes out between now and then I plan on purchasing one for both of my boys when they get bigger. Truly worth every penny."
