Payment Terms & Checkout Procedures

PayPal: We are a Paypal Preferred Retailer. Our Paypal ID is axntwn@aol.com.  If you are paying with a Instant payment the item should ship within 48 hours.

Please Note: If you are using a checking account as your default payment account within Paypal, Paypal will process your payment as an e-check (an electronic personal check). E-checks require about 3-5 business days from the date of payment for Paypal to complete the transaction and deposit the funds into our account.  Orders will ship only after payment has cleared.

Credit Cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express,  You would have to call in to make a payment with a credit card. Please call 888-429-1913 to make a payment with a credit card. 

Please Note: The Billing Address is the address at which you receive your credit card statement. Please makes sure you enter your Billing Address exactly as it appears on your statement. Your card cannot be verified and will be declined if you use a Billing Address other than the address on file with your credit card company. This will delay the shipping of your order.

Tracking of Orders:

Please reference your auction description to determine which method that your auction item has shipped.

Only orders shipped UPS can be tracked.  Tracking information is only available the following business day after an item has been shipped.  To track a order  shipped using UPS click this link  http://www.firstcallpaintball.com/ebay/tracking.html Input your auction id#.  If your item is shipped using United States Postal Service.  There is no tracking available.  Should  you not have received your auction item within seven days of payment, please email us at info@firstcallpaintball.com.  Please include tracking info requested and you auction # in the subject line.  We will respond ASAP with all tracking information and expected time for delivery.

Return Policy :

Firstcall Paintball wants you be happy with your purchase.  All of our products are brand new from the factory in factory packaging(unless otherwise stated).  We will gladly exchange a defective or damaged item, as long as it is in new, unused condition and still in factory packaging.  All exchanges require an approval.  Please email returns@firstcallpaintball.com or call 888-429-1913 to receive proper instructions and a RA#(return authorization #). We will not accept any package that doesn\'t have a RA# on the outside of the box.  All of our markers come with at least a 30 day parts and labor warranty and most of our markers come with a one year parts and labor warranty - please contact the manufacturer for warranty repair or replacement.

Here at firstcallpaintball.com  we try extremely hard  to deliver great product at great prices...quickly and efficiently to you our customer.  Because of this commitment and due to the extraordinary number of transactions that we fulfill daily, it is necessary for us to use an automated system to leave feedback for our customers.
