The seller is located in Belize but we will post to all countries
worldwide. Our postal rates are competitive with postage costs in the
USA and other countries, especially for combined shipping on seeds.

Most seed items will be mailed from Belize, but some plant shipments
will be posted from USA. Overseas bidders will receive their goods via
air mail, which takes approx 5 - 10 working days. We provide all
necessary customs forms and discreet packaging.

PAYMENTS? I expect payment to be received within FIVE days of the
auction ending.  Pay me securely with any major credit card through
PayPal!

Your prompt payment is appreciated and will reflect well in my

Items are shipped as soon as possible after payment has cleared in my
account. Risk passes to the buyer when I deliver the item to the

CONDITIONS OF SALE

Bidders, please read this section before placing your bid. These
conditions are provided to ensure that the buyer and seller both
experience a quick, safe and easy transaction.

1. WINNING BIDDERS -The successful bidder must complete the sale
transaction within 5 days from the date of receipt of email checkout
notification. Bidders who fail to complete the sale may have a non bid
paying alert filed against them, so please do not bid unless you
intend to complete the sale.

2. MY COMMITMENT - I will promptly email you; a checkout notice,
acknowledge your payment, advise when item will be posted, confirm
when items has been posted. We always strive to provide a high quality
of service and regular communications.

3. PAYMENT - All payments are payable directly by bank deposit,
Payment must be made within 5days after the auction is completed

4. POSTAGE: Item Postage quoted does not include registered mail or
insurance. While all care will be taken with packaging and shipment,
we will not accept responsibility for loss or damage. Winning bidders
are advised to use their own discretion when deciding where insurance
and/or registration is appropriate. International postage rates are
quoted based upon economy airmail.

5. DELIVERY – Item will not be shipped until payment has been received
in full, I will endeavor to ship items within 2 business days of
payment receipt. Shipment is via Postal Service using Air Mail.
Shipments to U.S. usually take 7 to 10 days. International shipments
(unless otherwise requested) are sent by economy airmail has an
estimated delivery time to most countries of 2-3 weeks.

6. RATINGS – We will give you a rating immediately upon
acknowledgement of your payment and request that you do the same for
us when you receive the item. EBay ratings are very important as they
let us know that you have received the item and give other buyers and
sellers the confidence to do further business with us.

7. PICTURES – All effort is taken to ensure that all pictures are as
close as possible an image of the item being sold. However due to
different light conditions, colors may vary and therefore all the
photos within this listing should be considered as for illustration
purposes only.

responsibility is accepted if this fails. All seeds have been graded

Warranties

The seller is a commercial grower & distributor of ornamental plant
seeds and we take great pride in our seed products. All of our seed is
warranted to be of the variety and quantity advertised and safe
delivery is guaranteed. Any loss or damage during shipment will be
replaced at our expense. Claims must be made within 10 days of receipt
of shipment. Any other replacements, refunds, returns and exchanges
will be made at the sole discretion of the seller.

It is important that buyer understand that seeds are live products and
seed germination can be adversely affected by such factors as
temperature, moisture content, light intensity and contamination of
planting media. These factors are totally out of the seller's control
and are the buyer's responsibility and risk. Accordingly, the seller
does not guarantee seed to perform properly regardless of conditions
or the buyer's methods or mistakes.

If you are an overseas customer you need to be aware some plants &
seeds may be illegal in your Country. I advise you to check this out
before buying. If plants or seeds are confiscated by customs the
responsibility will be yours and they will not be replaced or
refunded.

Some plants and seeds are poisonous so please keep away from children and pets.

Pregnant women and children should avoid herbal remedies unless
prescribed by a doctor or herbalist.

In the United States, up to 50 seeds can be sent to USA legally
providing you have a USA 'Small lots of seed' permit that lasts up to
3 years. This is relatively easy for USA people to obtain.

According to the rules for the USDA SMALL LOTS shipment, a person can
have 50 seeds per packet and up to 50 packets, properly labeled,
preferably clear packaging and shipped at once to ENTER the USA. We
are happy to pack in this fashion if you request it.

customs seisure.

How to Apply for a Small Lots of Seed Permit: For fastest turn around
time, apply on-line at https://epermits.aphis.usda.gov/epermits.
Alternately, use PPQ Form 587, Application for Permit to Import Plants
or Plant Products. On the first line of section 3 of the application,
enter "SMALL LOTS OF SEED PROGRAM". Starting on the second line, list
the seed species and countries from which you want to ship each
species. If the list of species is long, you may enter "eligible
taxa". By using this option, you are accepting responsibility for
determining the eligibility of the seeds. The Permit Unit cannot tell
you if the species are eligible for importation if you do not list
them. A permit is issued for taxa that are admissible with no
restrictions beyond the port of entry inspection. If port of entry
inspectors find prohibited or restricted seeds in your shipment, they
will seize and destroy the ineligible kinds.
