This book is valued at $140.00 or so by the 2009 Overstreet guide.

This is a copy of Fantastic Four 72 in Very Fine/Near Mint condition (9.0).  This issue featured a Silver Surfer cover and story "Where Soars the Silver Surfer!"  It was published by Marvel in March, 1968 so it actually pre-dated Silver Surfer #1.  It has a great Jack Kirby cover and Kirby artwork, as well.  There are some nicks and stress lines at the spine and edges, but it's a gorgeous book! 

I'm not an expert grader, but I think you'll be very happy with this book.

There isn't much to say about this one except that you'll love it!
