Payment

I accept PayPal only in compliance with the new ebay policies. PayPal allows you to use a credit card, debit card, or bank account for payment.

Shipping

I ship USPS Mail. The USPS rate calculator determines shipping cost based on size, weight and distance of the package sent. Parcel Post and Media Mail take longer to arrive than Priority Mail or First Class Mail. When shipping label is printed, you should receive an email from the USPS with tracking information as well. I do not ship outside of the USA.

Delivery

I typically ship within 24-48 hours of payment receipt except on Sundays and Holidays. Buyers are contacted when payment arrives, feedback is posted and package is shipped (free delivery confirmation included).

Returns are only accepted when merchandise received is significantly different from the description and/or photo. Items are described to the best of my ability. Buyers can email questions prior to bidding to avoid any unexpected surprises with their purchases.

Items damaged during shipment may not be returned. If coverage was purchased, I will assist buyers with needed information and file online claim information for you. Contact me promptly upon receipt of the damaged items or for lost packages and I will get busy helping you resolve the matter.
