This lovely tea set is labeled as being 'hand made in Galway, Ireland,  Royal Tara, fine bone china'.  The design is shamrocks on a vine; excellent condition.  I later found the sugar bowl, no lid.   I accept PayPal or you can e-mail for other options.   I will ship the next day after receiving payment.   International buyers, please do not pay until I get actual postage from your address after auction.
