RETURN POLICY

We accept returns of all items if you are not satisfied, but only if contacted within 48 hours of your receipt of the items. All items must be returned in their original packaging. Items which are sealed in plastic that must be cut into to remove the items (toys, DVD's, Games, etc.) Can not be accepted back for a full refund, as we will not be able to resell the item as a new unopened product.   For all items that are returned in NEW unopened or used conditioned, We will refund the purchase price of the item, the related shipping costs are not refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. For all items sold with FREE SHIPPING that are returned we will reduce the returned value of the item by $7.49

 If an item is received broken or defective due to some manufacture defect. We will refund or replace the item, it will be your choice. For broken or defective items we will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping voucher. All returned items should have either a UPS, USPS, Fedex etc tracking number if you provide us with it at the time of the return it greatly increase the speed of the refund. All refunds are paid within 48 hours of our reciept of the item back from you.
