Ebay is requiring Sellers to post a Handling Time, & Return Policy in their listings.

Well here it is. If the Auction ends or Payment clears on Friday, I won’t be able to mail it out until Monday or Tuesday. Weekdays, I Mail your items out within two days after Payment, unless I’m having a hard time locating the item, then there will be a delay Mailing or you will see a  refund in PayPal.

Returns, you just have to Mail the item back (Return Postage paid by the Buyer) within the required time that PayPal imposes on buyers to receive refunds with PayPal. I have to receive it before the Date and inspect the item for damage, and OK the refund with PayPal.
