This item comes from a very reputable manufacturer in China who is the actual fabricator of the brand name train set.  This is their generic version and although it does not have metal wheels or some of the other metal parts, it is very rugged plastic and the workmanship is of similar quality. 

DOES NOT REQUIRE ELECTRIFIED TRACK - CAN BE PUT INTO A GARDEN SETTING WITH NO WORRIES ABOUT ELECTRICUTION OR CORRODED TRACK ETC.

THIS TRAIN WILL RUN EITHER ON THE SUPPLIED TRACK (HARD PLASTIC) OR ANY STANDARD G-SCALE 45MM TRACK (LGB, BACHMANN, ARISTO-CRAFT, USA TRAINS, ETC.)

SHIPPING IS IN A LARGE BOX AS THIS TRAIN IS EXTREMELY LARGE WITH SHIPPING WEIGHT WELL OVER 25 POUNDS.
