The headline "U.S.Sharpshooters" leads into a very interesting news report about the Berdan Sharpshooters. Several names are mentioned of various outstanding sharpshooters. Also, there are several other excellent news headlines all concerning the War. Probably about half of this complete and original Sept.14,1861 issue of the "New York Tribune" is taken up with the War. Then there is a super illustration of the "$100 U.S.Treasury Note" that just came out.  Very interesting detail of the Note given. Wonderful detail in the engraving. The condition of the paper is excellent.  The newspaper comes in a clear non-acid display/storage bag.   *All newspapers and other items are sent in sturdy mailers.
