Description

Offered is a lovely lighted porcelain building from DEPARTMENT 56(D56). This building is THE PEANUT BRITTLE FACTORY. It is # 56701 in the RETIRED Department 56 NORTH POLE SERIES. This piece measures 8.5" x 6.5" x 8". It was introduced by Department 56 in December of 1999 and retired in December of 2002. I have displayed this piece a few times but it is in mint condition, in the original box. The box states in part: ELVES HAVE DISCOVERED THE SWEET CRUNCHY SENSATION OF PEANUT BRITTLE WITH THE OPENING OF THIS UNIQUELY DESIGNED FACTORY. The new D56 pieces are nice but the retired pieces are extremely special.

The successful bidder pays all shipping charges. It is recommended that insurance is purchased, as while I pack items very carefully, I cannot be responsible for items which arrive damaged. I strongly recommend that the buyer purchase insurance. Items are sent in the USA with delivery confirmation. International bidders are welcome on most items I have listed. Please ask for the shipping cost before you bid. Postage is all based on the weight of the package. In general if the item is over 4 pounds it must be sent priority mail. Insurance coverage is only possible with priority mailing. 1st Class International Mail carries no insurance or tracking coverage.
