In order to get 20 rare cards, you'd have to spend anywhere between 60-80$ retail on Yugioh packs.  The cards are in mint condition. The entire lot of cards is random. Rare cards are pulled from a variety of sets, including sets that are no longer in print, as well as sets from the newest releases. ALL cards are 100% authentic. They can be used in tournaments in the USA and are distributed by Upper Deck, the official source of YuGiOh cards in the USA.
