It works perfectly & can be hung on the wall or it has an attachment to use as a tree topper. I am guessing it was made in the 60's. There are 30 spinning lites in all: yellow, red, green & clear. All blinking & rotating, putting on quite the light show! Works perfectly! "Made in Taiwan Republic of China", Manufactured for A.S.C. Florida, N.Y. Condition: Looks to have been used only a time or two. Clean & in excellent working & cosmetic condition!
