BEAUTIFUL ROYAL BLUE   LIQUID CANDLE WITH GOLD - I am not sure what it is.

  TOP SCREWS OFF AND THERE IS A VERY SMALL SPACE.  THE GOLD PIECE COMES OFF AND THERE IS SPACE IN THE BASE FOR LIQUID OR WHATEVER.  I HAVE NEVER SEEN THIS BEFORE.  SORRY I CAN'T TELL YOU MORE. THANKS!

IT LOOKS LIKE A REAL NICE PIECE.  THE ROYAL BASE IS BEAUTIFUL.  THE GOLD NEEDS POLISHING.
