Listed is an 1855 Antique Book titled Hilliard on Real Property by Francis Hilliard, published by Banks, Gould & Co, NY. The binding is hard bound, leather, lettering on spine. It is 6 1/2 x 9 3/4 inches with 682 pages plus ads. Light shelf wear and rubs to top and bottom of spine for this age book. The book is considered in Very Good condition. Pages tight and clean. Previous owners name on end page. Age toning on edge of end pages. Item is shipped immediately upon receipt of PayPal or Cashiers Check in US Dollars.
