Return Policy Please direct technical questions to the manufacturer. Claim for missing accessories or incorrect product must be reported within 15 days from the date item is shipped.
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization. To request one visit: www.zipzoomfly.com/jsp/RMAEmail.jsp. You have 30 days from the product?s ship date to receive an RMA - For CPUs, Hard Drives, Memory and monitors, please apply no more than 15 days from the ship date. After 30 days, product returns must be handled by the manufacturer or warranty provider. RMA numbers are valid for 10 days from the date of issuance.

Accuracy and Implied Warranty
ZipZoomfly strives to be as accurate as possible in our content and pricing. However, in the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, or technical error, ZipZoomfly has the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product in error.
Bidding Agreement
Payment must be received within 5 days of the auction close. After 7 business days, unpaid auction wins will be forfeit and will be reported with eBay to recover the closing fees. To decrease any possible delay, please include your eBay User ID and email address when writing or calling.

Shipping & Handling Condition
- All products must be returned in like-new condition, including original packaging, complete with UPC, serial numbers and/or bar code, and all documentation and accessories.
- ZipZoomfly will not accept items that have been damaged or misused. CPUs that have been chipped and burnt by improper installation/overclocking are not eligible for replacement or refund.
Shipping & Return Costs
- All returns must be shipped freight prepaid and a 15% restocking fee applies to all refunds.
- Charges will be applied for all missing accessories or parts.
- Shipping and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Per State of California regulations, refunded taxes will be calculated on the final refund amount minus the 15% restocking fee, not the original purchase price.
- Please allow 1-2 weeks for all refunds.

How long does it take to get my stuff?
Items are typically processed within 2 business days. The shipping method you choose determines the additional time it will take to deliver. Orders placed after 9AM Friday (Pacific Time) will be processed the next business day.
Will everything ship together?
Items are shipped according to when they are ready. Should your order contain items with an extended processing time, your partial order will be shipped according to the method you chose, and the remaining item(s) will be shipped to you as they are received by our warehouse, at no additional charge.
How much is Sales Tax?
Residents of the State of California must add 8.75% sales tax.
Do you ship internationally?
ZipZoomfly sells and ships items only within the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. We regret that no shipments can be made to PO Box addresses, APO or FPO addresses, United States territories, or other addresses outside the United States.
