20GB RECERTIFIED NOTEBOOK LAPTOP HARD DRIVE  - "BLOWOUT SALE!"

Item Description

We received this 20gb, IDE, 9.5mm, 2.5" hard drive in bulk through a Toshiba closeout channel. Toshiba sold this hard drive as part # P000325320. We would classify this drive as a white label recertified drive meaning the drive was pulled from a notebook and passed a performance test. The original label on the drive was then removed and was replaced with a white generic label. The drive is guaranteed to be in perfect working condition and will be delivered unformatted. All purchasers assume full responsibilty for formatting the drive and installing the operating system of their choice. We will not provide technical support. The drive will be delivered in the Toshiba box as shown below. Please note that the external seal of each box will be opened because we record the serial # of each drive that we sell. Since this is a closeout product, it is no longer covered by Toshiba warranty but it is covered by our warranty as stated below.

Terms of Warranty

All merchandise described above is guaranteed working. We are giving a 14 day warranty and if the merchandise is defective, you may request a return within 14 days upon receipt for an exchange. Returns will only be allowed for items which are defective and will not be allowed for any other reason. A return will not be allowed if you purchase an incompatible part. The stated 14 day warranty period begins at time of delivery at the shipping address which you provided and is not contingent on your ability or willingness to test or install the purchased merchandise. The winning bidder is responsible for paying all shipping charges on merchandise which is returned to us for RMA purposes. Any item which is returned without having obtained an RMA # will be refused. All returned items must be securely packaged as if they were in working condition. Failure to do so will invalidate the warranty.

Shipping

All items will be shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). We will not ship by Fedex, UPS or any other delivery company. To our United States customers (including Puerto Rico, Guam, APO/FPO and anyone else who is serviced by the USPS) we offer shipping by Priority Mail and Express Mail shipping only. We do not ship by Parcel Post or 1st Class Mail. The majority of orders are shipped the same or next business day. We ship Monday through Friday unless it is a holiday. Priority Mail is typically delivered within 2-3 business days upon being shipped and Express Mail is typically delivered within 1-2 business days upon being shipped. Please note that we do not guarantee that Express Mail will be delivered the next business day and we will not be held responsible or give shipping refunds for delays caused by the USPS which we are happy to say are extremely rare. All winning bidders will be emailed the USPS Delivery Confirmation # or Express Mail Tracking # after the item has been shipped. Bidders paying by PayPal will be emailed the shipping information to their PayPal email address and can also find the shipping information in their PayPal payment. Bidders paying by all other methods will be have shipping information emailed to the email address on their eBay account. We are able to ship to all addresses including P.O. boxes which are serviced by the USPS. To ensure efficient and correct processing of your order, please make sure that you provide us with your US Postal Service mailing address. Any order which is returned to us by the USPS as non-deliverable will be subject to reshipping charges. All merchandise is professionally and securely packaged. We do not allow pick-ups. All orders must be shipped. Unless otherwise stated in a specific auction, we offer combined shipping and will be happy to provide you with a combined shipping quote if you request one before making a purchase.

To our international non-US customers we offer shipping by US Postal Service International Priority Mail or International Express Mail depending on availability to their country. We will not ship by Fedex, UPS or any other delivery company. We do not list international non-US shipping rates in our auctions. If you request a shipping quote before making a purchase via eBay's "Ask Seller a Question" function, we will gladly provide you with a shipping quote to your country. Please be advised that we only correspond in English. Once you have made a purchase please wait for us to send you an invoice through eBay with the correct shipping rate. Please be advised that our shipping methods and rates are not subject to negotiation. If you attempt to send us a PayPal payment with an incorrect shipping amount, then your PayPal payment will be refunded and you will be sent an invoice through eBay for the correct amount. If you make a purchase and refuse to pay the correct shipping charge, then we will deal with you in accordance to eBay's non-paying bidder policy. International bidders pay all applicable import duties/taxes. Please do not ask us to declare your item(s) as a gift. This is illegal and we won't do it. All items will be declared as merchandise and the customs value will be declared as the total value of the items which were purchased.

Accepted Methods of Payment

Our accepted payment methods are as follows (Please read carefully prior to bidding):

• US Bidders: PayPal, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover). All credit cards must be issued by United States financial institutions, must have a United States billing address and all orders processed by credit card will only be shipped to a United States delivery address.

• Non-US Bidders: We will only accept payment by PayPal. You can only pay us by credit card through PayPal. You may not pay us directly with a credit card! We do not accept payment by bank wire transfer!

  

Completing Your eBay Transaction

After the auction has ended, all winning bidders will be sent an invoice through eBay. If you are an international non-US winning bidder, please wait for us to send you an invoice with the correct shipping rate through eBay which will allow you to pay by PayPal. We expect all winning bidders to complete their transaction within 7 calendar days of the end of an auction. Exceptions to completing a transaction in more than 7 days are to be with our written consent only which must be given before entering into contract. All persons who fail to make payment will be dealt with in accordance to eBay's non-paying bidder policy.
