Shipping Discounts available on items that close within 3 days of each other.
Shipping discounts are based on total weight of combined items purchased and may vary.

There is no need to wait for an invoice to pay for winning items.

Simply go to your EBay home page on items won and click pay now. If you are the winner for 1-2 items Ebay will accurately calculate your shipping rate and discounts if applicable.

However, if you are the winner of 3 or more, please email us for combined shipping invoice as our shipping rate could be less than the one that Ebay will calculate.

All items paid for by 4:00pm EST, Monday - Friday, will be packaged that afternoon and shipped out the following business day.

All items paid for after 4:00pm Friday or anytime Saturday or Sunday, will be packaged on Monday afternoon and ship out with Tuesday's mail.

We do not package items over the weekend, but we are normally available to answer questions.

******INTERNATIONAL items will ONLY be shipped via International Priority Mail. This is the only way for me to have tracking on the item.

International Flat Rate Box shipping available when possible. Item/Items must be able to fit securely in a 6x9x11 box and weigh no more than 20 lbs.

*** Is there a buy-it-now for this Auction item? All items must go through a 7-day auction process before a buy it now is applied, if they don't sell in a 7-day auction they go into store inventory format which is all buy-it-now.

*** What is the combined shipping rate? Combined shipping is based on weight & location, so if you are interested in combined shipping estimate, please send me the auctions you are interested in as well as the zipcode they will be mailed to.

*** What is your return policy? Unfortunately at this time we can not take returns. The only way we would do a return is if the item was GROSSLY misrepresented.

*** Do items come from a pet free home? No, We have pets so if you are sensitive to pet hair etc. you should know this.

*** Do items come from a smokefree home? We don't know this answer - All of our items come from auctions, estates, etc. There is no way for us to know if the items come from a smoke free home. We do try and take precautions, but sometimes items from a smoking environment do make it onto the auction block.
