Your order is received in 10 business days-Monday through Friday as I do not work on Saturdays and Sundays nor do my suppliers-please remember that Holidays can delay delivery.
Here is what happens in those ten days. Once the payment is received I order the item-the manufacturer then prepares and ships the items to me UPS-I receive the delivery-package the orders for shipping-take the items to the Post Office to mail-complete with Delivery Confirmation.
Perfection takes time-I always ship perfect-brand new items-factory fresh. When you look at the retail prices and compare them to what you paid you are going to be very happy that you bought your items from my store. Department store quality at eBay prices all in 10 business days.
Return policy-All original tags must be attached-items can not be washed-worn or come from a home with pet or smoke odors-Always measure and know your correct size to avoid paying return shipping.
Shade selection-Request your shade choices with your PayPal payment or send an email immediately after you pay so I can apply your choices to your invoice-When packaged panties are listed as assorted I have no control over what shades or prints will be shipped.
