Every Attempt is made to provide a clear description of the products we provide.
With this said, please understand items not marked as Brand New are store returns, shelf pulls and open box items. We pay people full time to sort and clean items as well as provide clear descriptions to us for our listings. We simply have too many items to go through each and every one, and still offer items at 50% or more off of the retail price.
If you have ANY issues with a product you purchase from us, let us know and we WILL make it right with you. |

Returns:
We accept returns within 30 days of the day we ship, no questions asked. If you wish to make a return after this time period, please contact us and we will review your reasons and provide an answer. Check the product when you recieve it to verify it is what you want and functioning as you would like it to. Items that are returned due to a problem on our end will be refunded 100% including shipping. Products returned because you are no longer interested in them, or will not meet your specific need even though working as advertised, will be returned 100% minus shipping. Items with free shipping were not free to us, we will subtract our actual cost of shipping on these returns as well. Although rarely charged, we do reserve the right to charge up to a 15% restocking fee, if you are curious about our policy on this please ask.

Items marked as NEW are brand new items in their original packaging and in almost all cases are unopened.
Item marked Store Returns are returned items, could be slightly used, may have some blemishes and possibly missing packaging. We make an honest effort to supply important information about items where needed. Returns are considered NEW and may be marked as such.
Items marked as open box could be missing packaging, have been opened and are no longer sealed.
Items marked as used could be used, or could be store returns that simply have a lot of wear. These items could be scratched, chipped, have glue or tape on them, we will do our best to describe these items so you know what you are recieving without suprises.
If you have questions or concerns please address them before buying, not after the sale. We provide top notch customer service and will do our best to accomodate your needs before and after the sale.
We DO NOT ship internationally, except to Canada where the item states we do. We do not ship internationally because the cost of shipping is too high, we cannot easily communicate, and we are unable to meet the needs of non-english speaking individuals. We pride ourselves on good customer service, and it simply is not possible for us to meet the level of customer service we pride ourselves on when dealing with international customers.

Shipping Info:
We ship fast, really fast!
Please check your shipping address in both eBay and Paypal BEFORE making a purchase, especially if you have recently moved or have not used eBay in awhile. We charge calculated shipping and anything over 13 ounces we offer multiple shipping options. Just choose the option you want at checkout, and remember, shipping times are estimates and provided by the post office and paypal and not by us.
*We ship daily at 3:30 (Monday through Friday) via USPS. Orders after 3:00 Friday or over the weekend will ship Monday afternoon. UPS shipments may take a few days to ship as we are in a very rural area. |
